BodyWorks has established a unique training program to ensure a successful implementation of Embodies training utilizing functional training, Pilates, and yoga principals. You will learn how to take care of your body and unleash the capability of your body as it is originally designed to move. You will learn how to effectively use your entire body as a result, you will feel better and move better.

Personal training and other programs offered at BodyWorks are valuable investment designed to help you improve your fitness performance and health. Throughout your appointments and sched- uled sessions, I will provide the tips on training techniques and program progression and coach you through challenges which can be challenging. To ensure success, I will coach you to supple- ment your exercise program with appropriate eating habits and proper rest.
